Who are we?

Symphony Wire is an innovative family-owned and operated Australian business specialising in the manufacture and supply of screen surfaces and screen accessories to suit mobile and fixed screener plants.

We have more than five decades of industry experience in screening solutions. Owner Marc and GM Jon spearhead a dedicated team who love what they do and embrace integrity and excellence.

Our tailor-made products and advice services the quarry, mining, sand mining, limestone, fertiliser, minerals, recycled building material and landscape supply industries.

What do we do?

Whatever screening concerns you face, we are confident we can improve your businesses results – we will assist you to increase productivity, increase product quality, decrease down time or even better yet, all three.

Sub-optimal screen surfaces are often selected or recommended to suit a screen surface suppliers’ stock or capability or what they can buy in bulk.

Symphony Wire’s approach is different to the big guys.

We treat every customer enquiry individually: we consider the application, the screening plant available, the plant as a whole system (top deck, middle deck, bottom deck) and other related screening plant, the problem faced and customer aspirations BEFORE we recommend a screening solution.

Once we have discussed the above, we will give you advice on the most appropriate screen surface (and its components) for the application. This will include aperture selection, wire selection and other details relevant to your individual requirements. The last step is for Symphony Wire to manufacture (in-house, high quality, Australian-made) your optimal screen surface. You won’t be waiting months; our turnarounds are timely.
